To find and delete such unused zombie tables, you can use WP-OPTIMIZE WordPress plugin. The plugin allows you to easily find and remove unused tables from WordPress database.

First, install and activate the WP-OPTIMIZE WordPress plugin.

After that, go to WP-OPTIMIZE > DATABASE > TABLES

Refresh the data and inspect the tables listed. If there are tables left behind by some plugins, then you will see REMOVE button on the right-most column. You can check the name of the table, which plugin left it behind.

After confirming that you do not need the table, click on REMOVE to remove the table.
